I Had Botox Injections On April 1st, And 3 Days

I had botox injections on April 1st, and 3 days later, I started experiencing severe stomach cramps and diarrehea. I have looked at side effects, and there seems to be differing opions about whether the botox could cause this. I have been diagnosed with IBS, and self-diagnosed with SIBO so there is already a problem with bacteria. Help! I have taken something for the diarrehea, but that makes the stomach pains worse, and there is still diarrehea. Thanks!
