I Had Bought Some New Make-up And Began Having Sores

I had bought some new make-up and began having sores on by face. I have one spot this is a blemish that seems to be clogged and has become a cyst, per my dermatologist. I have stopped using my make-up, and went back to my old kind. My dr. has prescribed Clindamycin, but I am not seeing any change. i called back and a different dr. (within the clinic) prescribed Doxy. I am still having sores come up (not blemishes) on my face, under my chin, on my neck, and on my scalp. PLEASE help. I have taken Benadryl at night to see if by chance would help, and do seem better on my scalp. I have also washed my hair with Neutrogena shampoo for dry scalp, psoriasis, etc.
