I Had Bp 210/110. Stayed In Hospital For 1 Week

I had bp 210/110. Stayed in hospital for 1 week and now on blopress 16mg aND 10 mg norvask. I have reduced weight 97 k to 94k and exercise daily. My ears are ringing and tinnitus problems bp 150/90. Can I increase to blopress 32 mg with 10 mg norvask? What do I do? I cancelled coffee tea salt and still have problems at 8 weeks
