I Had Breast Cancer 15 Years Back And Had Undergone

I had breast cancer 15 years back and had undergone mastectomy of left breast. I also underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy. I would like to go in for breast reconstruction now. Is it safe and will it have any other side effects considering my condition. I am not on any medication right now. My age is 53 years
