I Had Breast Cancer 27 Years Ago Followed By Radiation

I had breast cancer 27 years ago followed by radiation therapy. Recently for the last 2 months I have been having Numbness in my hands and fingers aching up into my shoulders and in my back up under my shoulder blade. My chest is tender and achy where I had surgery. But this is mostly only at night. The discomfort is about a 7 out of 10. Could this be from my radiation treatments years ago?
