I Had Breast Reduction 11 Days Ago. My Left Nipple

I had breast reduction 11 days ago. my left nipple seems erect and viable and the skin is very healthy there. My right nipple is flat and is not raised and now that there is some discoloration and fluid is coming from the areola near and i see a blister in that area. i called up my doctor for help. he said to come tomorrow and when i asked if i needs to use neosporin there, he said no. just leave it like that and come tomorrow. am i losing my nipples
