I Had Broken My Wirst Bone. It Was Casted For

I had broken my wirst bone. it was casted for 6 weeks. now the cast is taken off but i have pain and i feel that i can't move my hand to different direction because of some restriction in my joint and feeling pain while moving. is it normal or not. if yes what do i need to do to get back to original state.
