I Had Bronchitis And Was Given At First The Z

I had bronchitis and was given at first the Z pack but I didn't get better so I went back and I was giving this ciprofloxacin 500 mg from my doctor. I have been having problems breathing and I been coughing so bad and my throat hurts really bad and my stomach were my overies are hurts. I am getting bruising. When I breath there is a hissing sound just like when you have bronchitis. I am up all night do to the coughing and gagging for air. What should I do? I need to get better and this feels worse then ever. And also my tongue hurts at the tip of it. My throat is red and sore.
