I Had C-diff And Finished My Meds About 10 Days

I had c-diff and finished my meds about 10 days ago (Vamcomycin). The past 4 days I've had increasing pain in my back, muscles, neck and the worst headache that's not gotten better with Imitrex. I can barely move & started with severe diarrhea this morning. Fever is 102.1. Ideas?
