I Had C Section Before 3 Months And That Some

I had c section before 3 months and that some internal injury occur in my vagina during pv examination...i feel now thread like in my vagina...is it possible after 3 month..cz sticth disslove as soon as early bt now 3 rd month is runing...what is dat material.
