I had cancer treatment in 1997. Chemo and heVy radiation . I am 45 years old. I am in such severe depression now as I am recently divorced and have had some unreal stressful situations. I have such thin saggy skin. I have always had compliments on my appearance but I don't recognize myself anymore. Does manitoba have any health insurance where a facelift would be paid or partially compensated in manitoba
