I Had Cataract Surgery 4 Days Ago. I Expected To

I had cataract surgery 4 days ago. I expected to see clearly out of the eye by the next day or 2, but my vision is still not perfect in that eye. Should I be concerned? In addition, I've discovered that there is now tremendous glare & distortions in street lights & headlights while I'm driving at night.
