I Had Cataract Surgery . I Had Prisms On Both

I had cataract surgery . I had prisms on both eyes Now I can't see at night with all lights looking like boomerangs My dr said of course you can't put a prism on the implant. Now he tells me I will have to wear glasses to see at night.. Why am I just being told this AFTER SURGERY. SUGGESTIONS???
