I Had Cataract Surgery In Both Eyes. Days After I

I had cataract surgery in both eyes. Days after I started experincing small amounts of nose bleed. Dr stop some of the drops used for inflammation. But it is back after a few days. I’m using drops for glaucoma as well, Azopt and Latanaprse. Any suggestions.
