I Had Cataract Surgery On My Right Eye, But Couldn't

I had cataract surgery on my right eye, but couldn't see very well after; then they discovered that the lens sat too far back in my eye sac and I had lens replacement surgery done three weeks after. How it has been two weeks and I am still not seeing clearly... if anything, it has gotten worse, very blurry and double vision. Why did this happen and what are my options now?
