I Had Cataract Surgery One Month Ago. The Very Next

I had cataract surgery one month ago. The very next day after surgery, I felt as if the new lens needed to be "moved a little" like it needed to be rotated a tiny bit. Since then, my vision is "cockeyed" ... I feel like I'm looking out cross eyed and there is a dark rim or circle around the eye as if I'm looking out of the eye from behind the eye. (If that makes sense). My doctor who I have total faith in, says my vision had improved to 20/25 in the first week and that the IOL looked perfect and crystal clear. I go back next week. I wish I never had this done. I feel like I can't see as well and because of the "cockeyed" vision. I feel like I have an inner ear infection where you feel dizzy. I'm NOT dizzy...my new eye just feels that way. What's next? I can't imagine glasses making that circle "around the ey" and the cockeyed vision go away. What is this or what can be done? Thank you!
