I Had Cataracts Removed Three Weeks Ago. I Want To

I had cataracts removed three weeks ago.
I want to try the cold pressed castor oil treatment for my chronic and extremely dry eyes. Restasis was recommended, to help protect my cornea from damage due to the the severe dryness, after I have completely finished the post surgery eye drops.
I was wondering if castot oil would it affect the lens inserted in each eye? Like fog the or make them blurry.
I dont know if it would penetrate and affect the clarity I of the new lenses.
