I Had Cellulitis On My Right Foot That Started Traveling

I had cellulitis on my right foot that started traveling up my leg. About a week later, a lump formed below my little toe on the right side of my right foot. Everyone thought it was a water blister & tried to poke a hole to get the water out. However, only blood came out & I've now had this lump for a week. Not painful, but rather large. Any ideas?
