I Had Cervical Spine Fusion Surgery In 2011. A Few

I had cervical spine fusion surgery in 2011. A few months later I developed tinnitus in my left ear. At first the sound was at a very low level but as time went on the sound has become intolerable. Has anyone developed this after surgery and can a chiropractor help with this element. Thanks
