I Had Chemo A Day Ago N I Have Home

I had chemo a day ago n I have home care for infection, which I take antibiotic every 8 hours, my throat is dry, my head is congested ,which I know that I may be developing a cold symptom. My question is, will it be alright for me to take nyquil, which may help me breathe better. Please help!
