I Had Chicken Pox From 11th March To 23rd March.

I had chicken pox from 11th march to 23rd march.
My periods should have started from 27th march but they haven't started yet.
Around 4 days when i was suffering with chicken pox 18th to 21st there was little reddish brown discharge. But it was so less in quality so i didn't regarded it as periods. Is this a serious issue or this may be due to illness
