I Had Chills In The Evenings For Three Days. 2nd

I had chills in the evenings for three days. 2nd day took temperature and had 100; third day 101. Third day had strong pain on lower right side of abdomen. Went to ER and had scan; result normal. Flue test and blood work came back normal. I'm still concerned as I don't have a good handle on what caused the chills. This morning my stomach felt funny and ended up vomiting; no food, only sort of water. I'm real bad about not drinking enough water. My friend said I may have pancreatitis. That scares me.
