I Had Chlamydia 2 Weeks Ago But I Didn't Go

I had chlamydia 2 weeks ago but I didn't go back to the doctor to check if I got rid of it. Four days ago I had unprotected sex and the day after I felt really unusually sore and I smelled really bad for about 2 days, I am still having brownish discharge come out but not a strong odor anymore. Could it mean I still have chlamydia? Or is it that he had dirty semen.
