I Had Chlamydia And Was Treated With Two Antibiotics Instantly.

I had chlamydia and was treated with two antibiotics instantly. Since then i have continued frequency of urination, increased urination and my urine smells like chicken noodle soup. Slight abdonminal pain and bleeding. But i just got off the depo not too long ago and have not had my period. So im not sure if I'm spotting or if my cervix is bleeding from having chlamydia. And why does my pee smell so funny?
