I Had Chronic Sinusitis Back In 2012 And Had To

I had chronic sinusitis back in 2012 and had to have surgery due to a tooth lodged up there and was grwoing bacteria. My left side on my nose was almost 100% closed. Anyways that bettered and i was happy now im having alot of pressure in my head and my ears and everytime i bend over i get clear water like fluid coming out. Any idea what could be going on ???
