I Had Circumcision Surgery 11 Days Ago. The Foreskin Now

I had circumcision surgery 11 days ago. The foreskin now is below the glans however a ridge of about an eighth of an inch has developed just below the glans and just above the foreskin. The ridge goes around the penis. It is not foreskin tissue but penile tissue. What is it and should I be concerned
