I Had Corticosteroid Injection A Week Ago Guided By Ultrasound

I had corticosteroid injection a week ago guided by ultrasound scan the pain is no different it was for frozen shoulder as no movement and pain for 4 months. I did mention at an orthopaedic assessment that I had swelling above the breast on this side into my armpit its mostly a dull ache in that area can only sleep with a pillow between arm and body I do have large breast making it difficult to feel for lumps what would you suggest I do next as this is really worrying me I am tender around collarbone and into neck on this left side
