I Had Cortisone Injections In My SI Joints On Friday

I had cortisone injections in my SI joints on Friday and 10 trigger point injections (with cortisone and an anesthetic) in my upper shoulders and lower neck and one at the left base of my head. My stomach has hurt since Saturday I am running a fever of 100.4 right now. I have been flushed since yesterday morning. I had my husband look at all of the injection sights and he said that they look normal. Is this a common side effect?
