I Had Cosmetic Surgery On My Arms 8 Days Ago

I had cosmetic surgery on my arms 8 days ago the wound was closed with glue
Healing going ok however it smells like vinegar
Thought I might not have cleaned as well as I should have so been working on washing with soap and water
Stills smells it makes me feel nauseous
Is there anything I can put on it to take away the smell
Use rubbing alcohol maybe powder
