I Had Cough But Not Serious Only When My Throat

I had cough but not serious only when my throat is itchy. But all of a sudden my throat very itchy and I cough very very hard my face very red and my eyes very red too and all over my body was pinch with a hundreds of needles but worst part is my legs. Can you tell me what is it? And are the things I should do. Thank you! Susan
