I Had Cyst Ruptured Just 4 Days Ago, I Had

I had cyst ruptured just 4 days ago, I had tubal ligation and ablation and couple years ago, my ablation helped me with heavy periods ,it was great for couple of years but i start having more painful and longer periods, it went from 1day to 4 days light bleeding. Can my cyst be associated with tubal aligation and ablation? I have been having stomach and back pain sense the rupture and felt nauseated yesterday.
