I Had Decompression On L3-L4 Two Weeks Ago. Now Whenever

I had decompression on L3-L4 two weeks ago. Now whenever I move, my shoulders, hands knees pelvis ache. Also arthritis in my right hand hurts. There is no pain if I lie still. Inside of left leg ( this was bad side tor lumbar pain ) also hurts when I move. Thank you.
