I Had Dermoid Cysts Removed 2amd A Half Wks Ago

I had dermoid cysts removed 2amd a half wks ago they ruptured.. After the surgery I was in pain from the gas in my shoulder it went away but not completely now I can not move with severe sharp pain that wakes me up through the night under my right rib all through my stomach and back.. Discharge is thick and globby.. I am having trouble breathing and it also feels like I am full all of the time like I have eaten too much.. I am in a lot of pain what should I do I am bed ridden basically
