I Had Developed Some Fungal Infection In Groin Area About

I had developed some fungal infection in groin area about 3days back...now I see some rashes on my shoulders and neck area too...I had similar problem about 3 years back....at that time groin area was not having any rashes... And the dermatologist suggested that I had sun allergy and had given me momate cream along with another cream to mix and apply...that helped and rashes were gone within 3 to 4 days. Is it similar thing I have now??
