I Had Diareaha 3 Times 3 Nights Ago And I

I had diareaha 3 times 3 nights ago and I have IBSD so I wasn't worried. But a little later I got cramps like I had a period and I have had a hysterectomy. Then I felt like I had to go again, and this huge blood clot came out instead and started breaking up in the water. Told my Doctor and he didn't seem concerned at all. I do not have hemoroids. What should I do. Had a colonoscopy 2 years ago and it showed severe IBS.
