I Had Diarrhea During My Dose Of Ortho Tri Cyclen

I had diarrhea during my dose of ortho tri cyclen lo. unfortunately I do not remember what cycle of of pills I was on. but I had mild diarrhea only like 3 or 4 times in one day but that was all. & I think it was before the 2 hour period. would I be protected or no?
