I Had Diarrhea For Half The Day & Took 2mg

I had diarrhea for half the day & took 2mg of loperamide hci approximately 8 hrs ago. Within 30 minutes of taking it, I began to bloat. I am still severely bloated and also have moderate to severe abdominal pain as well. I can still pass gas but it does not reduce the pain or bloating. Do I need to be seen for this or is it just something that will pass in time? I only take Ventolin HFA for Rx medications
