I Had Double Pulmonary Embolism In 2015 And Today My

I had double Pulmonary embolism in 2015 and today my left leg is aching in my calf. It's not hot
and I can't see any redness but I am running scared of course. I have stayed off my feet for the day and it is feeling better. I am concerned about work tomorrow. Thoughts please?
