I Had Double Mastectomy On 12/1 And My Blood Pressure

I had double mastectomy on 12/1 and my blood pressure has been elevated since. I am and have not been on blood pressure meds. I am 5'8" and weight 179 and I am 59. I had Stage 1 breast cancer and am now in reconstruction with expanders. I am a bit dizzy at times and I feel like my blood pressure is always high. I am taking synthroid, Effexor, vitamin D3 and 2.5mg Letrozole. My blood has been taken and tested quite a bit lately. Letrozole doesn't include high blood pressure as a side effect. I feel fine.
