I Had Double Vision For About 5 Minutes This Morning.

I had double vision for about 5 minutes this morning. I am a therapist and could not keep notes during that time. This has never happened before, though I've had opthalmic migraines about every three months for 15 years. I'm 70. Am I simply stressed or could this be more serious?
