I Had Ectopic Pregnancy That Was Resolved By Methotrexate And

I had ectopic pregnancy that was resolved by methotrexate and after my first period I have right side pain again where was my ectopic, I had ultrasound and my dr told my my tube is slightly big because of ectopic and it'll get normal size after 6 weeks. Is that true??
