I Had Egg Retrieval 2 Days Ago, To Preserve Fertility,

I had egg retrieval 2 days ago, to preserve fertility, and am experiencing lower abdominal discomfort. I have to medical conditions, am healthy, not on any medications besides fertility meds prescribed by my doctor. No fever. No nausea/vomiting. Bowl movements are normal. Voiding fine. Tolerating food. I saw my doctor today and she did an ultrasound. No clear indication of fluid. Is it possible that this is a bleed? Will the bleeding resolve on its own? Or will I need to have it drained? If the bleed is around the ovary, will ovarian function be compromised? Urinalysis normal. CBC is pending.
