I Had Elevated Liver Enzymes And Elevated Lipase Two Weeks

I had elevated liver enzymes and elevated lipase two weeks ago after taking panadeine forte and drinking a lot of herbal tea as I was very unwell with a cold. I have had a similar experience with this drug before. My LFT's and lipase are all returning to normal bar my CRP and Gamma GT - both are only slightly above normal ranges. I have had a previous cholecystectomy and am a non drinker. I now have a constant dull ache in my left upper quadrant that comes and goes. This pain started coming on and off around two months ago. Some days it is good and other days it is really uncomfortable. I am also burping like crazy! My appetite is essentially good, though days when the pain is constant, I don't overly feel like eating. I do not have any nausea. Could I have an ulcer or helicobacter??
