I Had Emergancy Laproscopic Ectopic Pregnancy (tubal) Removal In 2008

I had emergancy laproscopic ectopic pregnancy (tubal) removal in 2008 never really got my stomoch muscles back to normal but i am sick too often my stomach will balloon up. Ache and it apears to be the cause of my over abnormal sized cyst\miscarriages. Is it normal to leave the metal suiture metal rod in me indefanitly. What should i do?
