I Had Emergency Surgery December 2017 Due To A Cyst

I had emergency surgery December 2017 due to a cyst that caused my ovarybto twist and rupture. The fallopian tube was also removed. My stomach is sore to the touch around the incision area. Certain ways I move makes it hurt a lot. As more time goes it getting worse rather than better. My gyno who did the surgery seems to not be worried. Is this normal?
