I had endometriosis cyst in 2015 in Right OV and it was removed through operation in Jan 2016 but it came back in right ov in April month when I done sonography from july onwards iam taking ayurvedic medicine but now I done sonography in 9.10.16 in left ov also endometriosis cyst size is 12mm right ov 37x35 and left ov 35x34 period cycle normally 28 days last period was 9.10.16 and before last month 9.09.2016, 19.08.2016, 26.07.2016 kindly confirm ovulation will happen or what kind of treatment should take
