I Had Facial Surgery On Wednesday To Remove A Basal

I had facial surgery on Wednesday to remove a basal cell cancer between my inner eye and nose. The plastic surgeon removed it and did a forehad flap to close the would. Frankly, I'm horrified by how it looks. But the swelling is slowly going down, and now I have a tingly, crawling sensation in the skin flap area. Is this normal?
