I Had Fallen And Hit My Head On A Counter

I had fallen and hit my head on a counter top last night I have a good size knot on my mid upper right size of my forehead and not truly wanting to go see the doctor and waste money if I'm going to be told to just "let it heal" it has a squishy part and my sinus hurt once it happened like I'm under water my ears finally popped today and I have a little issue with my right eye. My head feels full and I have nausea. Not sure if there is anything I can do except wait... Your thoughts???
