I Had Fertility Treatment 4 Weeks Ago For IVF And

I had fertility treatment 4 weeks ago for IVF and had 2 eggs but not enough to undergo egg collection.
I had a pregnancy test 1 week before period was due. Had 1 line clear and one faint. Took a blood test with 140ml levels of HCG. Was advised to go back last week but didn't. Just did another home pregnancy test and now 2 clear pink lines are showing. What are your thoughts
