I Had Fever On Day Before Yesterday. As Per Recommendation

I had fever on day before yesterday. As per recommendation of chemist I had nicip plus(cipla) tablet . I took 1dose on day before yesterday night that 1 dose yesterday morning and 1 dose yesterday night. So taken tablet morning and night not in afternoon.

But I am not feeling at I am now well because yesterday night I felt shivering.

Pls suggest and one more thing I am taken nicip plus alone.
